• You may optionally upgrade and customize an artwork, request larger digital art, art print, or handmade artwork by submitting the Custom Options Form (https://www.xjiangart.com/customoptions) after placing a pre-order for one customizable artwork in the online shop using the same email.
• After placing a pre-order, you will receive an official email at xjiangart.com confirming whether you need any additional custom options before delivery. Personalized pricing will be provided after we receive your decision or form.
• After placing a pre-order, please respond with your decision via the CONTACT page (https://www.xjiangart.com/contact), email, or by filling out the Custom Options Form within 7 calendar days if you would like to customize or upgrade the artwork or set. After that period, the artwork or set you ordered will be scheduled for delivery. The shipping fee will be requested via our official email at xjiangart.com if you require physical artwork delivery.
• You may also request a quote by submitting the Personalized Price Form (https://www.xjiangart.com/price) for in-stock and out-of-stock artwork, along with an international payment link through Stripe, Square, PayPal, Wise, or QuickBooks when customizable artwork is available.
• Each artwork is for indoor use only. Please store artworks in a cool, dry place away from extreme temperatures and humidity. Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, especially UV rays, can cause pigments to degrade and fade over time. Humidity, temperature fluctuations, and exposure to pollutants can also affect the longevity of artworks.
