The Terms and Safety Notice (the "Notice") is operated by Calm Flower Moon LLC (“Calm Flower Moon LLC,” “we,” or “us”). Your use of the website and services constitutes your agreement to these terms, notices, and conditions. We may modify or cancel the Terms and Safety Notice or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these terms, notices, and conditions at any time, and your continued use of the service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

• We will do our best to fulfill the needs of our customers with after-sales service, based on our schedules and the availability of our artworks. However, we may not be able to respond to every request, question, or comment that is not related to current orders, delivery, refunds, or return issues.
Safety Notice:
• Xjiangart.com is operated by Calm Flower Moon LLC. By using its websites and services, you signify your agreement to the Terms and Safety Notice.
• Our standard art content is kid-friendly. If we provide an artwork or art plan specifically for kids, it will be labeled online with a content advisory indicating that it is suitable for kids ages 4 and up or for other child age groups.
• If we provide an artwork or art plan with age restrictions, it will be labeled online with a content advisory indicating that it is suitable for ages 18 and up or other specific age limits.
• The artworks of xjiangart.com are all created by professional human artists. Any type of artificial intelligence can be used as our art topics and/or assisted facilities only.
• Our art supplies and print providers are all from certified marketplaces and are sourced globally. Safe, durable, and environmentally friendly materials are our top priorities.
• Calm Flower Moon LLC accepts pre-orders and orders through our official store: https://www.xjiangart.com/store. Our official email is email@xjiangart.com. Please do not attempt to pay via any methods or phone numbers not listed on the official website or official email.
• If you are under 18 years old, please ask your legal guardian to process an order, purchase custom options, and assemble artwork for you.
• If you receive a suspicious unofficial information or an email that you are not the intended recipient of related to our business, you may forward it to email@xjiangart.com and then delete it.
• Calm Flower Moon LLC reserves the right to maintain the validity, security, privacy, and politeness of information site-wide. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
• ATTENTION: The artistic content of Calm Flower Moon LLC is for artistic purposes only and is not intended as medical, educational, or legal advice.
• CAUTION: Do not place any objects on your artworks other than proper protecting or mounting materials. Do not disassemble any whole piece without instructions. Do not hang valuable items or objects greater than 2 inches thick without qualified expert(s) or instruction(s). Do not hang art products above beds, on wallpaper, fabric, textured walls, brick, or rough surfaces. Make sure the weight of your artwork is lighter than the maximum support weight of your wall, table, or container before placing it on. Gently place every piece indoors between 50 and 105 degrees Fahrenheit (10 to 40 degrees Celsius). Keep your artworks away from dampness, water, chemicals, excessive heat, direct sunlight, high winds, and unstable surfaces. The artworks can be used indoors only for artistic purposes unless there are specific instructions provided online. If the artwork gathers any dust, you may gently wipe it off with a clean, smooth, dry cloth. Please follow our specific product instructions online and/or the guidance of qualified experts. Failure to follow instructions may result in damage or injury.
• WARNING: The artworks, gifts, and any other materials of Calm Flower Moon LLC are not food or toys. Any items prepared here may contain parts that present choking, suffocation, or entrapment hazards, or could cause other injuries. To prevent these hazards, always handle them carefully and keep them out of reach of babies and children under three years old. Parental supervision is required for those under eighteen.
Privacy Policy:
• By submitting your contact details, you are providing your data to Calm Flower Moon LLC who may contact you. We may send you emails with updates on your orders and their production status.
• We will only use the information you provide to operate the business and fulfill your order.
• We do not send payment links to you via unofficial phone numbers, unofficial emails, or without your prior request or subscription. Additionally, we do not store customers' payment card information for future payments.
• We do not apply the public comment function for our online art content at xjiangart.com. You may send your comments to us online through https://www.xjiangart.com/contact anytime, anywhere. We do not display your personal requests, questions, or comments in public without your permission.
• We send secure business emails, messages, or files via our official website and email to customers at xjiangart.com.
• By subscribing to our newsletter via https://www.xjiangart.com/newsletter, you agree to give permission to be added to our newsletter email list and to receive our news, offers, and more. The newsletter is free, private, and can be canceled at any time.
• You can sign up on the website https://www.xjiangart.com and join on the mobile app via https://www.mobileapp.app/to/tNZOgcL?ref=mam using the same free member account. Members can sign in using the email address and password they used to create their account, or they can use their existing Google, Facebook, or Apple accounts, which link to their site member profile.
• The login bar or drop-down menu allows members to sign up and sign in to the site, granting access to their private member area. Once you are approved as a site member, you can access private member pages, such as "My Account" and "Notifications," where you can manage your personal information, view exclusive content available only to logged-in members, and place orders within the member area.
• You may update your information or delete your member account on the website. Please always review and confirm your valid information with us for product orders and delivery.
• Calm Flower Moon LLC never sells any customer information to any individual or third party. We also do not share any customer information for business purposes without your permission.
• We do not include our advertisements outside of our shipping packages.
• We will only use your address for sales tax purposes and/or to deliver your order. We will use your phone number for essential contacts and/or regarding any issues with your orders.
• The use of the Calm Flower Moon LLC mobile message service, SMS (Short Message Service), or subscribing service signifies your agreement to our Mobile Terms of Service on the page and to your contact details being shared with Calm Flower Moon LLC, which may contact you.
• We follow carriers' specific requirements, such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. A recipient phone number is required to avoid delivery issues. If a courier has trouble finding your address or needs to coordinate a delivery, they can contact you by phone.
• For customs and border control, some countries require your phone number for customs clearance and to facilitate communication with the recipient if there are any issues.
• For tracking and communication, your phone number may be used to provide updates on the shipment's progress or to resolve any issues that may arise during transit.

• X JIANG is an operating name (DBA name) of Calm Flower Moon LLC. They are not separate entities.
• We sell artworks from professional human artists, but we do not sell the copyright to those artworks or any services that are not related to our art products to any person, group, or company.
• Do not share our exclusive content, emails, or messages related to custom artwork, as it could compromise the protections of the artist-client privilege and copyright.
• You are prohibited from duplicating any artworks and commercial information from Calm Flower Moon LLC for commercial, political, or religious use without authorization, permission, or license.

Product Notice:
• By viewing, pre-ordering, or ordering, you agree to the Terms and Safety Notice on the official website. Please read the Product Notice, Safety Notice, Privacy Policy, and the most recent terms on the TERMS page (https://www.xjiangart.com/terms) before placing your order.
• If the physical artwork is not located in your residential country, and/or if your shipping address is not adjacent to the artwork's landmass, you will be required to pay an additional fee for shipping after placing your pre-order or order.
• An additional fee will be requested via official email at xjiangart.com with a payment link if you need global delivery of physical artwork, require the addition of artwork or a set, need additional materials, request revisions, or require storage. There is no fee for the air-drying period of physical artwork.
• The art products are sold through our official website, which supports online payments in US dollars and various currencies worldwide. You may visit the left header of our page at xjiangart.com to see the recently supported currencies you can use for payment at xjiangart.com.
• We provide an Online Art Plan and a Custom Art Plan. A customer who purchases an art plan membership can view the updated HD artworks online. Each art plan membership does not include recurring payments or artwork orders.
• Every Custom Art Plan is available for purchase one item at a time. You may optionally reserve only one artwork or set at a time from our available selections during your Custom Art Plan membership period, and you will receive an exclusive email notification once the artwork is available for ordering. Additionally, you may receive a notification for your current Custom Art Plan renewal based on the latest availability. You can visit the page (https://www.xjiangart.com/customartwork) to discover more about Custom Artwork. Other restrictions apply.
• We may not sell new artworks and art plans every day due to limited edition art production, upgrades, maintenance, or other reasons. You may optionally join us as a free online member to receive notifications via https://www.xjiangart.com, subscribe to our newsletter via https://www.xjiangart.com/newsletter, or download the Spaces by Wix app and join "X JIANG ART" via https://www.mobileapp.app/to/tNZOgcL?ref=mam to check out the site on the go and stay updated with the latest news, offers, and more.
• We can create, handle, or deliver custom artwork to you only after we receive your confirmation and valid payment for the artwork. You may optionally upgrade and customize an artwork, request larger handmade art, digital art, or an art print after purchasing a Custom Art Plan in the online store using the same email. You can also optionally request a quote for in-stock or out-of-stock artwork, along with an international payment link during your Custom Art Plan period.
• After placing an order, you will receive an official email from xjiangart.com. Personalized information will be provided once we receive your submitted request. Your message will be viewed by your artist as soon as possible. Please allow up to 3 business days for every response regarding your custom artwork.
• Your artist may invite you by email to review updated artwork online at xjiangart.com for custom artwork and revisions based on the preferences you submitted. Your artist can take 7 to 90 calendar days for your one artwork order. You may request multiple revisions within your valid Custom Art Plan membership period.
• Please respond with your confirmation and/or valid payment via the same email within 7 business days after you receive our email notice that your artwork is ready for review or delivery globally. There is no additional fee for the artwork storage if you have a current Custom Art Plan membership.
• You may need more time for custom requests or for receiving your artwork. We may charge a storage fee if your Custom Art Plan membership expires. A storage fee will be applied if your confirmation is not completed within 7 business days after you receive our email notice that your artwork is ready. The regular storage fee is $2 per day per physical artwork. There is no fee for digital artwork storage. The maximum storage period for one artwork is 30 calendar days. The storage of the physical or digital artwork will be terminated after 30 calendar days of customer inactivity, and the edition will no longer be available.
• We invite and approve site members to fulfill the needs of current customers who wish to view members-only content, review custom artwork, download digital artwork, or earn loyalty points.
• You can order artwork without a member account. However, you will need a member account for an art plan: Online Art Plan or a Custom Art Plan. Please always review and confirm your valid information with us for each product order.
• You can use your single account at www.xjiangart.com to access both Calm Flower Moon LLC and X JIANG ART. You may log in after signing up as a site member using your phone, tablet, laptop, or computer.
• The art details and collection numbers of the final artworks may differ from their online samples because we may create a new edition after you place an order. The actual colors may also vary from the online mockups due to differences in lighting, pigments, and materials.
• Each artwork or set that features an artist's unique signature (and/or unique initials) and a unique collection number is limited to selling no more than one piece or set per year globally. It can be sent directly to the customer or picked up from an authorized location.
• Each specific limited edition artwork or set is associated with an artist's name and a unique 15-digit alphanumeric collection number. The company can verify the identification of the artwork or set using each unique collection number. You cannot order a specific limited edition artwork or set in both physical and digital art versions simultaneously.
• Only the first part of the 6-digit collection number is assigned to tangible specific limited edition artwork. You may optionally request and receive the second part of the unique collection number by email after you have received your purchased artwork and confirmed that you do not need to return the piece or set. The artist's specific limited edition artwork will stop selling at www.xjiangart.com if the artist has passed away.
• An X JIANG ART mark is displayed on every online artwork and non-limited edition art print released by X JIANG ART. Once the artist stops providing their authorized artwork to the company, that edition will be discontinued from sale.
• To be compatible with global shipping locations, various currencies, and custom option updates, the online price of www.xjiangart.com may not cover all taxes, delivery, or surcharges. The total price for an artwork with custom options depends on factors such as edition, material, size, revision, storage, real-time tax, and shipping rate.
• Prices, features, terms, and conditions are subject to change online without notice. You will receive updated information regarding your current order.
• Each digital artwork needs to have its color parameters, margin, size, and layout adjusted to fulfill particular physical materials. You cannot switch between a digital edition and a physical edition once you send your confirmation.
• Each standard downloadable digital artwork is a JPEG format image with a resolution of 2160 × 3840 pixels at 72 DPI, intended for display on digital devices only; it is not suitable for printing. You may download and display it on your digital frame, projector, phone, tablet, laptop, desktop, or TV screen. A downloadable digital artwork with a different size and format is available exclusively for Custom Art Plan members only.
• Not all art materials, sizes, and options may be suitable or available for every artwork or set. You may customize an artwork based on an original piece at www.xjiangart.com and the artwork's instructions.
• Each dimension of a stretchy material or irregular shape is an approximate value with a possible deviation of 0.01 to 0.5 inches. The maximum dimensions for shipping wall artwork are 24 × 36 × 2 inches and can weigh up to 16 pounds. Each piece of table artwork for shipping weighs up to 16 pounds, with a maximum dimension of 12 × 18 × 6 inches.
• We can provide our available options for custom artwork that relate only to your specific pre-order and order placed via www.xjiangart.com. Each product or plan does not include in-person services for artwork creation, mounting, framing, installation, maintenance, or repairs. Customer assembly is required for your location.
• A specific limited edition artwork includes a finish that protects it against slight scratches, humidity, UV rays, and dust. If the artwork gathers any dust, you may gently wipe it off with a clean, smooth, dry cloth.
• Each artwork is for indoor use only unless there are specific instructions provided online. Please gently store artworks in a cool, dry place away from extreme temperatures and humidity. Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, especially UV rays, can cause pigments to degrade and fade over time. Humidity, temperature fluctuations, and exposure to pollutants can also affect the longevity of artworks.
Payment Notice:
• Calm Flower Moon LLC accepts payments from individuals over the age of 18. If you are under 18 years old, please ask your legal guardian to process an order and purchase artwork with custom options for you. After your purchase, we do not accept order cancellations.
• We offer artworks and accept electronic payments through our official webpages and emails at xjiangart.com; we do not have a physical store.
• If you prefer to pay in US dollars or a different currency from anywhere in the world through Stripe, Square, PayPal, or Wise, you may request a quote and payment link via the Personalized Price Form (https://www.xjiangart.com/price).
• The price for each artwork or set displayed here may not include taxes, shipping rates, or surcharges.
• The price on our checkout screen may include estimated tax and delivery costs (if applicable).
• Additional payments, including taxes, actual shipping fees, or surcharges, may be requested through our official email for specific cases, states, or countries.
• Xjiangart.com accepts credit and debit cards for online payments from Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diners Club, and China UnionPay. Additionally, we accept online payments through Stripe, Square, PayPal, and Wise.
• Prices are quoted and payable in US dollars. However, our accepted currencies depend on the availability of Stripe, Square, PayPal, and Wise if you prefer to pay in a different currency from anywhere around the world.
• Our product prices do not include bank conversion fees or platform fees. Any bank conversion fees or platform fees incurred are beyond our control.
• To avoid failed orders, please verify that funds are available on your unexpired debit or credit card to prevent delays caused by bank issues, declined cards, or insufficient funds.
• None of the art plans will auto-renew, so there are no recurring fees.
• To avoid potential transaction fees and reduce processing time, please consider minimizing the number of orders for revision and storage.
• You can earn loyalty points by making a purchase only via www.xjiangart.com as a free member or paying member. You may optionally redeem these points for rewards when you accumulate enough. 100 points = $10 discount. Every loyalty point expires after 12 months of customer inactivity.
• You cannot earn or transfer loyalty points by making a purchase from any third-party site other than our official site. You cannot use your points with other coupons at the same time. Other restrictions apply.
• Tips and financial donations via electronic payment for our art projects are welcome and optional. We do not accept or return cash, checks, or donations of digital or physical items.
• Your donation helps make a real impact. Every contribution goes to Calm Flower Moon LLC and is tax-deductible only through the official website at https://www.xjiangart.com/donate. Your donations support our fine art project, kid-friendly art project, environmental protection, and animal protection.
Delivery Notice:
• The specific delivery time depends on custom requirements, material suppliers, production time, and shipping carriers.
• Each digital artwork is delivered online or can be viewed online only through xjiangart.com.
• We offer shipping options from couriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Orders typically ship globally from the USA between 7 and 90 business days after being placed through www.xjiangart.com. There may be undeliverable orders due to shipping restrictions.
• The shipping fee paid at final checkout covers the cost to ship the product itself only. Any import taxes, customs duties, and/or other sundry fees upon import and delivery will need to be paid by the customer.
• After production and handling time, standard delivery is expected within 2 to 8 business days when shipping within the contiguous U.S. (Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States can take additional 7 to 12 business days.) Items shipped internationally take 2 to 5 weeks (10 to 30 business days) to arrive.
• Calm Flower Moon LLC will send confirmation emails with tracking numbers to you once any products have been shipped.
• Artworks may be delivered in split shipments from a single order for artwork protection purposes. There will be no additional delivery costs charged.
• We cannot ship your order to multiple addresses. We are also unable to combine shipments.
• Our package pick-up address for scheduling is as follows: 13446 Poway Rd PMB 1013, Poway, CA, USA, 92064. You may optionally pick up your packages in person near your artist's studio or the artwork's location if your artist is available and confirms this with you via email. An indoor studio visit and open reception are not available unless we inform you in advance.
Return Policy:
• Each artwork may have natural imperfections. For the protection of original physical and digital artwork, all purchased artworks are non-returnable and non-exchangeable regardless of unused, unopened, or unwrapped situations. We cannot remove or control a digital copy of a file on a customer's device.
• If you are a customer in the contiguous U.S., we accept one-time returns of each physical artwork or set within a 30-day warranty from the date of the shipping confirmation email if the product is damaged upon delivery or if the wrong item is delivered. Please contact us with the required photo proof.
• For customers not in the contiguous U.S., we accept returns within 30 days of product delivery if the wrong item is delivered. Please contact us with the required photo proof. We provide funds for you to purchase your own return label through your local postal system.
• If you are a customer in the contiguous U.S., we offer a free 3-month artwork repair or remake for artwork breakage during shipment if the customer contacts the company within 30 days of product delivery and provides the required photo proof. We provide funds for you to purchase your own return label through your local postal system.
• Products purchased from us can be packed, sealed, and returned, with our confirmation only, to our address using a service that provides tracking. You can ship back the original art set to us for repair and cover the shipping cost, or request shipping fee by email. We can send you one updated artwork or replacement upon receiving your return.
• You may be scheduled to ship the original art set back to a different address for your eligible return.
• The following issues are not covered under our warranty: natural blemishes, natural imperfections, improper installations, improper disassembly, artificial damage, improper use, and improper maintenance.
Refund Policy:
• For the protection of original physical and digital artwork, all purchased artworks and online art plans are non-refundable and non-exchangeable regardless of unused, unopened, or unwrapped situations. We cannot remove or control a digital copy of a file on a customer's device.
• A refund of the order production costs can be issued to your original payment account for shipping confirmation delays over 90 days, wrong items sent, products lost in transit due to addressing errors by Calm Flower Moon LLC, artwork damage due to shipping, or undeliverable orders due to shipping restrictions, if you contact the company within 30 days of the expected delivery.
• Our shipping confirmation includes tracking numbers from the couriers USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Refunds cannot be issued for any package losses, thefts, or damages that occur after delivery.
• Please keep the same valid email, phone number, and address from your pre-order until you retain the artwork. Refunds cannot be issued for any product delays, losses, thefts, or damages due to invalid customer information or undeliverable address was provided by the customer. Calm Flower Moon LLC cannot take any responsibility in this case.
• The fee for each material, revision, and storage cannot be canceled or refunded, regardless of whether you place an order for any artwork during your valid period. Furthermore, this fee cannot be deducted from your artwork purchase.
• Our loyalty points, gifts, or coupons cannot be returned for a refund.
Mobile Terms of Service:
• By consenting to Calm Flower Moon LLC’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Calm Flower Moon LLC through your wireless provider.
• Messages may be sent even if your number is on a state or federal Do Not Call list, using technologies such as automatic telephone dialing systems.
• Service-related messages will include updates, alerts, and information, such as order updates and account notifications.
• Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and marketing offers, such as cart reminders.
• Signing up for the program is voluntary, and consent is not a requirement to make purchases with Calm Flower Moon LLC.
• The Service provided by Calm Flower Moon LLC is free, but you are responsible for charges and fees imposed by your wireless provider for text messaging.
• Message frequency can vary, and message and data rates may apply. It is advised to check your mobile plan and contact your provider for details.
• You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including those from your wireless provider.
• You have the option to opt-out of the Service at any time by texting 'STOP' to our numbers or clicking the unsubscribe link in any text message.
• Upon opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation text message, and no further messages will be sent to your device unless initiated by you.
• If subscribed to other Calm Flower Moon LLC mobile message programs and wish to cancel, you must opt out separately from those programs, following the provided instructions in their respective mobile terms.
• Calm Flower Moon LLC reserves the right to change any short code or telephone number used for the Service and will notify you of these changes.
• Messages sent to a changed short code or telephone number, including STOP or HELP requests, may not be received, and the company will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
• The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Users are required to provide a valid mobile number and must sign up with a new number if they change their mobile number.
• Calm Flower Moon LLC will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of information sent through the Service, errors in information, or actions taken or not taken based on the information or Service, as permitted by applicable law.
Update Notice:
