• By viewing, pre-ordering, or ordering, you agree to the Terms and Safety Notice on the official website. Please read the Product Notice, Safety Notice, Privacy Policy, and the most recent terms on the TERMS page (https://www.xjiangart.com/terms) before placing your order.
• If the physical artwork is not located in your residential country, and/or if your shipping address is not adjacent to the artwork's landmass, you will be required to pay an additional fee for shipping after placing your pre-order or order.
• You may optionally upgrade and customize an artwork, request larger digital art, art print, or handmade artwork by submitting the Custom Options Form (https://www.xjiangart.com/customoptions) after placing a pre-order for one customizable artwork in the online shop using the same email.
• The additional fees will be requested via official email at xjiangart.com with a payment link if you need physical artwork delivery internationally, if you require custom options, or if you want to add a matching piece as a set.
• We post updated notices on the HOME and SHOP pages of xjiangart.com regarding the current availability of customizable artwork. There are no more than three customizable artworks available simultaneously from each artist per day. Not all artworks support customization options each day. You may visit the page (https://www.xjiangart.com/customartwork) to learn more about Custom Artwork.
• The art products are sold through our official website, which supports online payments in US dollars and various currencies worldwide. You may visit the left header of our page at xjiangart.com to see the recently supported currencies you can use for payment at xjiangart.com.
• We can create, handle, and deliver customizable artworks to you only after we receive your confirmation with valid payment via xjiangart.com.
• After placing a pre-order with custom options, you will receive an official email from xjiangart.com. Personalized information will be provided after we receive your submitted form and/or email confirmation.
• As a current customer, your message will be sent to your artist as soon as possible. Please allow up to 3 business days for a response regarding your custom artwork.
• Your artist may invite you by email to review updated artwork online at xjiangart.com for custom artwork and revisions based on the preferences you submitted. Your artist can take 7 to 90 calendar days for your one artwork order. You may request more than one revision within the valid period.
• Please respond with your confirmation and/or valid payment via email within 7 calendar days after you receive our email notice that your artwork is ready for review or delivery globally.
• You may request a quote by submitting the Personalized Price Form (https://www.xjiangart.com/price) for in-stock and out-of-stock artwork, along with an international payment link through Stripe, Square, PayPal, or Wise when customizable artwork is available.
• X JIANG also provides artworks through its art plan. A customer who purchases this plan can view the updated HD art set online. It is a one-year membership with no recurring fees. This plan does not offer artwork pre-orders, order, or custom options. You may pre-order or order an artwork through the online shop or request a quote if customizable artworks are available.
• We only invite and approve site members to fulfill the needs of current customers who wish to view members-only content, review custom artwork, download digital artwork, or earn loyalty points. You can order artwork without a member account. However, you will need a member account for an online art plan. Please always review and confirm your valid information with us for each product order.
• You can use your single account at xjiangart.com to access both Calm Flower Moon LLC and X JIANG ART. You may log in as a site member via your phone, tablet, laptop, or computer.
• The art details and collection numbers of the final artworks may differ from their online samples. The actual colors may also vary from the online mockups due to differences in lighting, pigments, and materials.
• Each artwork or set that features an artist's unique signature (and/or unique initials) and a collection number is limited to no more than one piece or set per year globally. It can be sent directly to the customer or picked up from an authorized location.
• Each artwork or set that features an artist's full name (and/or initials) mark and a collection number is limited to no more than one piece or set per month globally. Once the artist stops providing their authorized artwork to the company, that edition will be discontinued.
• Each artwork or set that does not feature a 15-digit collection number is a normal or limited-time edition. This edition usually does not support custom options unless a notice has been provided.
• Parts of the art products are specific limited editions. Each specific limited edition artwork or set is associated with a unique 15-digit alphanumeric collection number. You cannot order a specific limited edition artwork or set in handmade art, digital art, and art print versions simultaneously. Customers and the company can verify the identification of their artwork or set with this unique number.
• Only a concise 6-digit collection number is assigned to tangible specific limited edition artwork. You may optionally request and receive your 15-digit number by email after receiving your purchased item and keeping the piece or set.
• To be compatible with global shipping locations, various currencies, and custom option updates, the online price may not cover all taxes, delivery, or surcharges. The total price for an artwork with custom options depends on factors such as edition, material, size, revision, storage, mounting, packaging, tax, and shipping rate.
• Parts of the art print are available through the Printify Store, and they do not include custom options, mounting, or framing. Each art print in the Printify Store is not unique handmade artwork. You may request custom non-handmade art prints only via xjiangart.com when customizable artworks are available, and you pre-order 20 or more similar items at a time without mounting or framing.
• Every art print in the Printify Store accepts orders in US dollars only and supports global shipping. You will not be required to pay an additional fee for shipping globally after placing your order in the Printify Store. No art product in the Printify Store supports a personalized payment link or in-person pickup.
• Prices, features, terms, and conditions are subject to change online without notice. You will receive updated information regarding your order and artwork.
• A revision fee may be requested via official email at xjiangart.com after you respond with your custom decision. The current revision fee is $30 per hour. There is no fee for the air drying period of physical artwork. The maximum revision period for one artwork is 90 calendar days.
• You may need more time for custom requests or for receiving your physical artwork when you receive our email notice that your artwork is ready. A storage fee will be applied if your confirmation is not completed within 7 calendar days. The current storage fee is $3 per day per artwork. There is no fee for digital artwork storage. The maximum storage period for one artwork is 30 calendar days. Your custom artwork options for physical or digital artwork will be terminated after 30 calendar days of customer inactivity, and the customizable edition will be made available to others.
• Each downloadable digital artwork is intended for display on digital devices only and is not suitable for printing. You may download and display it on your digital frame, projector, phone, tablet, laptop, desktop, or TV screen.
• Each digital artwork needs to have its color parameters, margin, size, and layout adjusted to fulfill particular physical materials. You cannot switch between a digital edition and a physical edition once you send your final confirmation.
• Not all art materials, sizes, and options may be suitable or available for every artwork or set. You may customize an artwork based on an artwork at xjiangart.com and the artwork's instructions.
• Each dimension of a physical artwork is an approximate value with a possible deviation of 0.01 to 0.5 inches. The maximum dimension for shipping one wall artwork is 24 × 36 inches. Each table artwork weighs up to 12 pounds and has a length between 2 and 16 inches for shipping.
• We can provide our available options for custom artwork that relate only to your specific pre-order and order placed via xjiangart.com. Each artwork pre-order and order does not include in-person services for artwork creation, mounting, installation, maintenance, or repair. Customer assembly is required for your location.
• Each artwork is for indoor use only. Please store artworks in a cool, dry place away from extreme temperatures and humidity. Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, especially UV rays, can cause pigments to degrade and fade over time. Humidity, temperature fluctuations, and exposure to pollutants can also affect the longevity of artworks.
